Drs. Otjim Alkasim T.W
Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees
Otjim Alkasim Tjiptowardojo is an accomplished Agricultural Development Professional and Administration Specialist with over 40 years of experience in agricultural research and development. He dedicated 33 years to the Ministry of Agriculture's Research and Development Agency, where he served until his retirement in 2010. Since 2012, he has been a board member of Yayasan Hortikultura and currently holds the roles of Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at YASI. His extensive expertise in agriculture and administration continues to benefit initiatives across both the public and private sectors.

Tri Koentjoro is a seasoned agribusiness professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. Having held significant roles at DuPont, Syngenta, and Agricon, he brings expertise in seed sales, solution development, business planning, and management training. Passionate about empowering rural communities, Tri leverages his knowledge to enhance the organization's impact on the rural economy.
Kurniawan Sutedja

Kurniawan Sutedja is a seasoned agricultural leader with decades of experience. He built his career at PT East West Seed Indonesia, holding key positions in finance, business development, and vegetable seed production. At PT. Kentang Hollando Sejahtera, he served as Director of Operations, overseeing aeroponic-based potato seed production. Kurniawan is dedicated to driving development in the agricultural sector and empowering farmers through sustainable solutions.

Teddy H. Tambu
Chairman of the Foundation
Teddy Tambu is a seasoned agricultural sustainability expert with over 25 years of experience. As Chairman of Yayasan Agri Sustineri (YASI), he drives innovative initiatives to modernize Indonesian agriculture. Previously, he served as Country Director of the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. Teddy holds degrees in Mass Communication and has advanced courses training in business management at INSEAD and agriculture (UGM). His expertise spans human resources, agribusiness, strategic planning, marketing, and data analysis.
Adisti Novarinda
Treasurer of the Foundation
Adisti Novarinda is a skilled finance and development professional with a background in micro lending. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has held various roles, including accounting, finance, office operations, and now Commercial and People Development Manager. Her expertise in finance and partnership building has been instrumental in securing microfinance support for projects. Adisti is focused on enhancing internal capacity and connecting project beneficiaries to broader markets.

Secretary of the Foundation
A legal professional with 9 years of experience as a core Notary and PPAT staff member, specializing in complex legal documents. Expertly provides consultation on business entity establishment permits and land title transfers, drafts various deeds, and manages licensing with government agencies. Recognized for exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of legal procedures and land administration.

Herve Thieblemont excels in marketing and business development, managing cross-functional teams spanning R&D, products, services, and commerce. He focuses on driving innovation in tough environments and fostering government-private partnerships to enhance smallholder farmers' access to high-quality seeds. His significant contributions to the seed industry are recognized through his research on drought-tolerant maize in Asia, the Tegra™ partnership program, and the introduction of transgenic maize in the Philippines, advancing agricultural practices for underserved farmers.
Vivianne Anthony
Vivianne Anthony is a leading agricultural scientist with extensive experience in crop protection, research, and development. As a former Head of Crop Enhancement at Zeneca and Global Head of Crop Protection at Syngenta, she has led teams in developing innovative fungicides and breeding programs. Viv holds multiple patents and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia and Murdoch University, where she continues to contribute to agricultural advancements and address global challenges.
