On 21 Feb 2024, YASI together with 2 Pancer Tani, Mitra Tani in Cariumulya Village, Telagasari District, and Yobun Tani in Pacing Village, Jatisari District, carried out socialization activities for Weather-Based Parametric Insurance, CISFI.

This socialization was an activity that we continue to carry out so that more farmers understand the importance of agricultural insurance as an investment in their business in protecting themselves from crop losses. We also disseminate rainfall information data and ensure the distribution of insurance participation certificates. Currently, there are more than 6000 farmers who have been socialized with the 2nd season of the CISFI program, and more than 3000 farmers are covered by insurance.

There was something different about the socialization that day. In collaboration with PT Mitra Kreasidharma (MKD), Sky Team Drone, farmers were also introduced to the pesticide application system via drones.
